How to keep fit
Health refers to the condition of mind and body of any one. Good
health refers to the physical and mental soundness which makes one healthy, fit
and active and keeps one free from diseases. But it is not easy to maintain
good health. In order to keeping fit, one should follow certain rules of
health. One should take regular physical
exercise to keep the body active. By getting proper rest, one can have the
power to work with full force again. To keep fit, it is also essential to sleep
a sound sleep to empower brain to think properly. Above all, a balanced diet is a must to keep
fit because imbalanced diet may make our health bulky and unfit. As a result,
bulky and unfit health might be the reasons of unhappiness. Drinking pure water and a regular walk in the
morning can keep our body free from different kinds of diseases. But it is a
matter of regret that most of the people of our country are leading unhealthy
life consciously or unconsciously. It is also a matter of fact that some of our
people live below the poverty line and so they cannot manage all the foods
necessary for maintaining good health. The ever-increasing family problems of
our day-to-day life seem to affect our health greatly. They give rise to
frustration, hopelessness, mental disorder and much other socio-economic
confusion. All these factors take away the peace of our minds and affect our
health. However, a person with a simple and carefree life is likely to enjoy a
sound mind in a sound body. So we should follow all the rules of hygiene to
lead a happy life.
